Upon starting working for Ashraf we found that he had been posting consistently & following the correct protocol, a small dealership out of Peterborough in the UK, selling primarily first cars for beginners and learners and the elderly alike, you know, Fiat 500's and the like.
(OUR APPROACH)
We decided that we would install our system whilst consulting Ashraf on how to find his ideal client profile & doing it for him with our data-driven approach, in the initial learning stage we identified his top buyer profile in the first 2 days and segregated his car lists for him- Following this we began our typical work.
(THE ENDGAME)
Ashrafs goal was to double his yearly revenue, due to facing the same issues most of the industry has over the last few years, surrounding Electric Cars their expansion & Covid. Especially hit hard when auction prices raised dramatically killing the bottom line and profit loss of his business, with margins now at 10% he decided to act and ask us for our help.
(CHALLENGES)
The biggest challenge was a strangled cashflow & profit margin- We slowly overtime saw this start to rise after implementing the Sell your car scheme on his website- We also started to implement our marketing strategy and follow up sequences to keep leads around longer.
(PROBLEMS)
We found the biggest problem was with keeping stock rolling, due to the nature of the cars they can be very seasonal. Another issue as mentioned before was the initial pricing issue of cars rising.
(SOLUTIONS)
We came in with our solutions, installed them and within 2 weeks, had sold our first 5 cars for Ash… After this we obtained 3 more stock pieces and sold them SAME DAY. We couldn't believe it, neither could he!
Our system managed to generate over 120 buyer leads and 33 seller leads for disgruntled car buying service customers- And managed to get additional trade-ins with cash up front.
(RESULTS)
Within just 3 months we had managed to drive £120,000 worth of profit purely through our systems, nurture and follow up.
We set their best year in just 3 months & some of the customers have started referring others, having handed off to our fulfilment centre, Ash is continuing to see growth both organic and paid.
